Explanation of Compensation Plan

GOODLIFE USA’s 2 X 20 Shared Social Network Compensation Plan

Hopefully you've read the Explanation of Network Structure and are now ready to learn about our 2 x 20 Shared Social Network Compensation Plan. Brilliant in its simplicity, it is robust, yielding high payouts for our Independent Business Owners (IBOs). Below we have a step by step explanation of the entire compensation plan. Click the button to get started on the path to your GoodLife!

Unlike other compensation plans, the 2 x 20 Shared Social Network Compensation Plan makes it easier to succeed than ever before. Never before have compensation plans given their IBOs the opportunity to benefit so much after enrolling only 2 new members!

How Do You Get Paid On Your Genealogy?

Screenshot

Everyone that joins GOODLIFE USA as an IBO and qualifies will be paid on the total sales by people, both IBOs and members, in their 2 x 20 Shared Social Network. Each sale generates Commissionable Value (CV). The income you can receive will be based on the overall CV volume in your genealogy.

In the example image you see yourself with two IBOs in your downline. Each one has signed up members. Juan has signed up two members, one Gold and one Platinum. Emma has signed up ten members, all of them Platinum.

What Is Commissionable Value?

Screenshot

In the example you can see that Gold members generate 20 CV and Platinum generate 30 CV. This means Juan's members are generating 50 CV per month, and Emma's are generating 300 CV. You get paid out of this CV.

Commissionable Value (CV) is any money being generated by an IBO that is going to be paid back into the genealogy. So the 350 CV you see being generated by Juan and Emma is CV that is going to be paid up the genealogy.

Your Paylines

Screenshot

The 2 x 20 Shared Social Network has 20 paylines as implied by its name. This means that you can earn commissions from up to 20 levels beneath you in your genealogy. You will earn 5% of the total Commisionable Value from the first 15 paylines (1 through 15) within your genealogy, and 2% from the next 5 (16 through 20.) This is shown in the image for this step.

As a 2 x 20 Shared Social Network it doubles by two positions each payline down. This means that your first level will be 2 when full, and your second level will be full at 4, then 8, 16, 32, thru 20 consecutive paylines. For example: if the person right below you (on your first level) generated 300 CV in their position, and you are getting 5% then you will earn $15.00 from that position in your genealogy.

Getting Paid For Members

Screenshot

When you, or an IBO in your network, sign up a new member to GOODLIFE USA (not an IBO, but somebody who just wants to use the great benefits of being a member), you earn commission from the CV generated. In the Comissionable Value example higher up on this page we explained using Juan and Emma.

Juan is generating 50 CV through the members he signed up. 5% of the CV for that position comes to $2.50. Emma is generating 300 CV in her position. 5% of the CV for her position comes to $15.00. Calculating the CV generated by your downline is as simple as adding up your percent of each position in your genealogy.

Getting Paid For IBOs

Screenshot

When a new IBO is enrolled in your organization you might be able to earn Fast Start Bonuses. These bonuses are paid out to 3 tiers, this means that the 3 paylines above the new IBO could get paid a bonus. The amount, and whether they get it or not is entirely based on the membership level this new IBO is signing up for. Later on in this explanation you'll see the table that shows what each membership level is worth to each tier.

These Fast Start Bonuses are paid out twice a month. Once at the beginning of the month, and once in the middle of the month. That is why we call them Fast.

Getting Paid For Shared Teams Part 1

Screenshot

We've saved some of the more fun math for this step. In the lesson before, Explanation of Network Structure, you learned about Shared Teams and how they differ from regular IBO positions. They also get paid out differently.

Share Teams are made up of an Existing IBO and the New IBO. For payouts the new IBO gets the first $60 of any commission earned that month. This is because the new IBO is paying for the spot in the genealogy. After that $60 we look at the next $500. This $500 is split 50/50 between the existing and new IBOs. So if $560 is earned in a given month then $250 goes to the existing IBO and $310 to the new IBO.

Thats the first half of Getting Paid For Shared Teams, the next step will show you the second half.

Getting Paid For Shared Teams Part 2

Screenshot

In the last step we learned what happens to the first $560 that a Shared Team earns in a month.

From $561 and up the split for each IBO in the Shared Team is based on the % of the CV created by the personal enrollee of that IBO. Still with me? Lets do this one with an example, in this example E is for Existing IBO, N is for New IBO.

In this Shared Team, E put in 1 personal, and N put in one personal. If E's personal generates $500 and N's personal generates $500, then they split the total amount 50/50. They both brought in the same amount, so its even. But what if E's personal brings in $750, and N's personal brings in $250. Then E's side of the Shared Team has earned 75% of the income, so E receives 75% of the commission (above $560).

Calculating Commissionable Value Part 1

Screenshot

In this image, your 2 x 20 Shared Social Network has grown. You have enrolled your 2 personal IBOs and they have successfully enrolled IBOs of their own. You have enrolled your first Shared Team and another IBOs Shared Team has been placed into your network. Each IBO is shown with varying CV based on the members they have signed up.

Calculating Commissionable Value Part 2

This image shows your example 2 x 20 Shared Social Network. You are now starting to have real success from the number of monthly memberships within your organization. In this example you see how quickly you can benefit from your own efforts and the efforts of people in your organization. This image only demonstrates some of the income potential for your first 4 pay-lines. Imagine what you might get from 20 pay-lines!

As you can see, the 2 x 20 Shared Social Network is an aggressive income generating system. We know that with our system, your success will be directly linked to your efforts!

Calculating Fast Start Bonuses From IBOs

Screenshot

Fast Start Bonuses are calculated using your Enrollment Tree, rather than the Corporate Genealogy we've been talking about so far. Your Enrollment Tree isn't limited by level, it's as wide as it needs to be to represent the people you have signed up directly. It also doesn't differentiate between Shared Teams and other IBOs, each person counts as an individual. Fast Start Bonuses are based on your enrollment level and the enrollment level of the new sign up.

In this image you can see your Enrollment Tree, with the rings indicating the membership level of each IBO. Three new IBOs have been signed up by your enrollees, and you have earned Fast Start Bonuses on two of them based on their place in the Enrollment Tree and their sign up level. Platinum level IBOs earn Fast Start Bonuses up to three levels deep, Gold IBOs only earn on two levels, and Silver IBOs only earn Fast Start Bonuses on their own enrollees. To see the full chart, visit the Fast Start Bonuses page.

Calculating Fast Start Bonuses From Members

Screenshot

IBOs also can earn bonuses from signing up members, even before they qualify for taking home CV from their downline. You earn $25 for signing up a Silver, $50 for a Gold Member, and $100 for every Platinum member you sign up. These are paid out at the same time as the IBO Fast Start Bonuses, twice a month. No Dream Dollars are earned for signing up members.

In this image we see that Ben has just landed a new Gold level member. Way to go, Ben! He earns $50, which does not travel up the Corporate Genealogy. He will not earn monthly income on this member until he qualifies, either by signing up two IBOs, or by signing up 20 members.
