Matt Landau has been an attorney representing individuals and businesses on the state and federal level throughout the country for almost 20 years. As a litigator he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and has represented businesses of all sizes - both as corporate counsel and in litigation. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law, where he received top honors by obtaining membership on the Dean’s list as well as Moot Court. Mr. Landau was selected as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Barbara S. Levenson.
Mr. Landau founded his Firm over 15 years ago and has developed a litigation practice which includes numerous jury trials, bench trials, mediations, arbitrations, and lump-sum negotiations with insurance companies. Mr. Landau has successfully resolved thousands of cases and obtained recoveries for his clients in the multi-millions. Mr. Landau is a tenacious advocate, dedicated to fighting for the rights of individuals and businesses and works tirelessly to obtain maximum results on his client’s behalf.
Mr. Landau is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Federal Bar for the United States District Court, a member of the Florida Justice Association, The Palm Beach, Broward and Dade County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Landau is also a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and has been distinguished as a “Soaring Eagle” with the Florida Justice Association.
