Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
All enrollment fees as to Customer-Members and IBOs shall become non-refundable after 30 days of joining. Cancellations within the 30 days shall be subject to these provisions.
TERMINATION OF CUSTOMER-MEMBERSHIP
A Customer-Member may cancel their monthly subscription at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. "Notice of cancellation" by Customer-Member to GOODLIFE must be received within a minimum of 5 business days prior to the close of any given retail bonus pay outs date. The close of Retail Bonus pay periods occur once monthly on the last day of any given month. Requests submitted after the Retail Bonus period, shall be granted on a pro-rated basis and shall be granted minus payment of any bonuses that have been paid out to the field including, but not limited to the enrollment fee. Before making such a decision be sure to review the Renewal Policy. (See Master Terms and Conditions: Section 18)
TERMINATION OF IBO CONTRACT
All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be sent to email@example.com. You will then be sent a communication to your back office and/or the email address on file for the IBO account which you must acknowledge by submitting a reply. This must be done in order for us to properly verify your identity and the authenticity of the request. An IBO may terminate its written contract at any given time.
To receive a full or partial refund the following guidelines must be met. Notice of cancellation for a full refund must be received by GOODLIFE within a minimum of 5 business days prior to the closing of a Quick Pay Bonus pay period. Quick Pay Bonus pay periods occur once monthly and are paid out between the 15th and the 20th of any given month. Requests submitted after the Quick Pay Bonus period shall be granted on a pro-rated basis and shall be granted minus payment of any bonuses that have been paid out to the field including, but not limited to the enrollment fee.
